After graduating from Mercer University with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Management, he began with Hill -Fister Engineers selling engineering services to business owners and project managers.
Extensive market research showed a need for a sales organization that would cater to the rugged hazardous controls market. Winn founded Electra Systems, Inc. in 1988. With his previous engineering experience he has made ESI a fast growing firm. He is responsible for outside sales and all corporate decisions within the company.

National/Regional technical sales and Project manager positions covering project needs for engineering, construction, operations, inspections, and products. Territory and outside sales at ESI, focused on customer solutions.
